Rogério Santos do Nascimento is a Brazilian attorney with over 20 years of experience in constitutional, administrative, and military law. A former legal advisor to the Brazilian Navy, Rogério served as a commanding officer in legal and institutional security matters. He later transitioned into private practice, where he successfully represented hundreds of clients in disputes involving public administration, civil service rights, and strategic procurement cases.

Currently leading Lex Pathway’s international legal consulting operations from Georgia, USA, Rogério bridges the Brazilian and American legal systems for law firms, businesses, and individuals. His practice includes the homologation of U.S. court decisions before the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice (STJ), international family law coordination, and specialized advisory on Brazilian public contracting for American companies.

Licensed to practice law in Brazil (OAB/AL 14.853-B) and a retired Captain of the Brazilian Marine Corps, Rogério is undergoing certification to expand his collaborative representation in U.S.-Brazil cases. His key areas of focus include the recognition of foreign judgments, strategic consulting for public procurement, and academic credential validation for Brazilian regulatory agencies.
